Hand-Painted Bonsai Oil Burner – Sand
About this piece
The Hand-Painted Bonsai Oil Burner in sand is a small piece of calm for a shelf or windowsill, its soft, earthy finish and bonsai design bringing to mind a quiet Japanese garden. Because each one is painted by hand, no two burners are exactly alike.
The art of bonsai is all about patience, care and finding beauty in miniature, and this burner carries that same peaceful spirit. Made from ceramic, it is designed for essential oils, fragrance oils or wax melts, and looks just as lovely unlit as it does glowing in the evening. A thoughtful gift for a gardener, a lover of Japanese style or anyone creating a calm corner at home.
Place a good-quality tealight in the base, add a little water and a few drops of oil to the dish, or use a wax melt on its own. Always stand it on a heatproof surface away from curtains, and never leave a lit burner unattended.
