Selenite Wand – Point One End, 16cm
About this piece
Smooth, pale and faintly pearly, this 16cm selenite wand carries a single point at one end and a flat, steady base at the other. The surface shows fine, silky lines running its length, like light caught in a length of satin.
Selenite was named for Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, and its milky glow feels entirely lunar. In crystal lore it is connected with the third eye, crown and etheric chakras, and with purity and honesty. It is an easy, affordable gift for a beginner, a moon-ritual enthusiast or anyone setting up a first crystal collection.
Hold it during a quiet moment, stand it in the centre of your altar, or lay it beside your pillow. It looks especially striking on an LED light block. Selenite is soft and water-sensitive, so wipe it with a dry cloth only.
