Smudge Stick – Blue Sage, 22.5cm

About this piece

A large 22.5cm blue sage bundle in silvery tones, with a sweet, herbal smoke and plenty of length to work with.

Blue sage is the gentle cousin in the sage family, with a mellow, sweet-herbal character. Smudging, the burning of dried herbs to freshen a room and mark a moment, is a ritual found in many cultures. Tuck it in a card for a housewarming or birthday, or keep it for yourself.

Share it between rooms or save it for a full home refresh. Light the tip and let the flame settle into a gentle smoulder, then waft the smoke slowly around the space. Rest the bundle in a fireproof dish and snuff it out in sand when done. Never leave it burning unattended.
