About this piece
A smooth soapstone disc, 10cm across, carved with the seven chakra symbols. The stone has a cool, silky feel in the hand, and the carved lines give it a gentle depth that you can feel as well as see.
Soapstone has a long history of use in carving and ritual objects in many cultures, and it is traditionally associated with spirituality. The chakra design makes this holder a lovely gift for a yoga lover or a friend on a mindful path. It is designed as an incense cone holder, and gives the cone a flat, stable base.
Never leave burning incense unattended. When cool, wipe away the ash with a soft dry cloth.
