About this piece
A pair of mango wood trays, one a carved crescent moon and the other a round sun, designed to sit together like day and night. The carving is neat and the wood grain shows through, giving the set a handmade, celestial charm.
The sun and moon are among the oldest symbols in folklore, standing for light and shadow, activity and rest. This set suits anyone who loves celestial decor and makes a pretty gift for a stargazer, a new home or a witchy friend.
Use the moon tray for rings or crystals and the sun tray for a candle holder or incense, or nest them as a pair on a shelf. Wipe with a dry cloth and avoid soaking the wood. Grain varies from set to set.
