Tribal Soul 7 Chakras Incense Sticks with Message Card

About this piece

Tribal Soul 7 Chakras incense comes with its own message card, a small piece of inspiration to read as the smoke rises. The sticks bring a balanced, calming fragrance to the room, designed to accompany chakra meditation and quiet reflection.

The seven chakras are the energy centres described in yoga tradition, running from the root at the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Many people burn incense while focusing on each one in turn. This pack makes a lovely gift for a yoga lover, a reiki practitioner or anyone beginning to explore energy work.

Read the message card, then light a stick, let the tip glow and blow out the flame. Place it in an incense holder and sit with the message for a few minutes as you breathe. Keep it on a heat-proof surface and never leave burning incense unattended.
