About this piece
A yoga lady figure in cool silver with deep bordeaux accents, the red-wine tones giving her a rich, regal warmth.
Cast from resin, cement and sand, the figure has a weighty, stone-like feel, and the silver and bordeaux finish is brushed on to catch the light. Yoga is an ancient practice of breath and balance, and this pose is a graceful reminder of it. It is a lovely gift for a yoga teacher, a studio, or a friend who stretches every morning.
Set it on a shelf, windowsill, desk or bathroom ledge, wherever you want a quiet reminder to breathe. It also looks good in a garden room or beside a candle, though never leave a flame unattended.
