What is solid shampoo?
A solid shampoo is a concentrated bar of shampoo, made to be rubbed between wet hands or onto wet hair until it foams. A bar is compact and lighter to carry, and it comes without a plastic bottle. Many people like them for travel, the gym and holidays.
How to use a shampoo bar
Wet your hair, then glide the bar over your scalp a few times or work up a lather in your hands. Massage through, rinse well and follow with your usual conditioner if you like. Store the bar on a draining dish between uses so that it dries out and lasts longer.
