Backflow Incense Burner – Serene Buddha

About this piece

A serene ceramic Buddha rests in quiet meditation as the smoke pours down around him. The effect is calm and almost hypnotic, a slow, steady cascade.

The meditating Buddha stands for stillness and compassion, and this burner suits a meditation corner or altar. It is a considered gift for a friend who practises yoga or mindfulness, or who needs a place to slow down.

Rest a lit backflow cone in the top of the burner and enjoy the smoke as it falls. It needs backflow cones to create the effect, which are sold separately. Never leave burning incense unattended, and use it on a heatproof surface. Many people light one during meditation, yoga or a quiet evening at home.
