Peppermint has been used since ancient times in Egypt, Greece, Rome, China and Japan. In Greek myth, the nymph Mentha was turned into a mint plant by Persephone in a fit of jealousy, and Pliny tells us Greeks and Romans crowned themselves with mint at feasts. Many people find its scent refreshing and stimulating when the mind feels tired. A great gift for students and busy workers.

Add a few drops to a diffuser or oil burner when you need a fresh start, or blend a little into a carrier oil. Dilute before use on skin and keep away from eyes. Not suitable for young children. Never leave a lit burner unattended.
