Rope Incense & Silver Plated Holder Set – Astamangal

About this piece

Eight auspicious symbols are engraved on a silver-plated holder in this set, which comes with ten hand-rolled incense ropes. Each symbol is small and intricate, and together they give the holder a rich, ornamental feel.

The Astamangal are eight signs in Hindu and Buddhist traditions, linked with prosperity, longevity and good fortune. That makes this set a fitting gift for a new home, a wedding or a fresh start. It suits anyone who likes their rituals to carry a wish for good things.

Rest the tip of a rope in the holder, light it and let the flame settle into a glowing ember. Place it on a heat-resistant surface and breathe in the fragrance as it burns. Never leave burning incense unattended, and allow the holder to cool before handling.
