White Money Cat – 15cm
About this piece
A bright white waving money cat, 15cm tall, with one paw moving gently back and forth in a steady, welcoming beckon. Its cheerful face and clean white finish make it a fun little guardian for a shop counter, desk or windowsill.
The beckoning cat, known in Japan as maneki-neko, is a much-loved good luck charm across East Asia, traditionally placed by entrances to welcome customers, friends and good fortune. White is often associated with happiness and purity. It's a lovely gift for someone opening a business, starting a new job or moving into a new home.
Place your cat facing the door or near the till so its waving paw greets everyone who comes in. It runs on a single AAA battery (not included); there's no on/off switch or battery cover, as it's designed to wave continuously.
