About this piece
A 78-card gothic tarot deck illustrated with hauntingly beautiful skeletal artwork by Vera Petruk. Requiem Arcana is dark and elegant, with shadowed figures that seem to step out of an old cathedral window.
Skeletal imagery has a long place in art as a reminder of change and the passing of time, and the cards here use it to guide seekers through fate, transformation and intuition. The exclusive guidebook explains each card's meaning, so beginners can start with confidence. A striking gift for the gothic reader, the collector or the friend with a taste for the macabre.
Lay out a three-card spread by candlelight, or draw a card each morning to set the tone. Wrap the deck in dark silk and keep it somewhere quiet.
