Buddha Head Oil Burner – Dark Brown
About this piece
A serene Buddha head in deep, dark brown ceramic, calm-faced and quietly sculptural. It looks as much like an ornament as a burner, with a weighty, grounded presence that settles onto a shelf or mantelpiece.
The Buddha face is a familiar symbol of stillness and a quiet mind, which is why it has found its way into so many peaceful corners of the home. Made of ceramic and designed for fragrance oils, simmering granules and wax melts, it suits anyone building a meditation corner. It is a graceful housewarming gift too.
Light a tealight in the base, add water and a few drops of your favourite fragrance oil to the bowl, or a wax melt to the dish if you prefer. Keep it on a heatproof mat, away from curtains and draughts. Never leave a lit burner unattended, and snuff the flame before you leave the room.
