Pillar Candle – Ivory, 80x250mm

About this piece

At 80 x 250mm, this ivory pillar candle is a grand column of wax, built for long evenings and long rituals. The paraffin wax burns for approx. 160 hours, in a warm cream that looks lovely in daylight and candlelight alike.

The classic all-rounder: ivory suits a dinner table, a mantelpiece or an altar, and in candle tradition pale candles are used for peace, clarity and general intention. It is a practical gift for someone setting up a new home, a host who likes a beautiful table, or anyone who keeps an altar. With a grand, tall column, it works well on its own or grouped with others of different heights.

Stand it on a heatproof plate or holder in a large altar, a fireplace or a long dining table. Trim the wick before each use and let the top melt evenly across the first time. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.
