About this piece
A compact soapstone burner, 8cm high, carved with an elephant. The little figure has character, and the stone has the smooth, cool feel that carved soapstone is known for.
The elephant is an emblem of strength, wisdom and good luck in many cultures, and it makes a charming guardian for a shelf or desk. It is a lovely gift for a new job, a new home or a friend who collects elephants.
Add water and a few drops of your favourite fragrance oil to the top bowl, then light a tealight beneath and stand the burner on a heatproof mat. As the water gently warms, the scent fills the room. Never leave a lit burner unattended and keep it away from curtains and children.
